wearing a bikini?
i know pregnancy is beautiful time in a woman’s life, however my guy and i are planning a much needed vacation to the beach and i am trying to decide what kind of swimsuit to wear. the choices around here are kind of limited. he says i look beautiful in my bikini and i should show it all off to the world, i am only 25 weeks and just barely starting to show. i know i should go with what feels comfortable but i was wondering if anyone ahd any advice on places that offered cute Maternity swim suits in a wide variety, and what are some thoughts about wearing bikinis during pregnancy ???
You will look awesome! I felt the same when I was pregnant the first time, but ended up wearing a bikini for a few reasons:
1) My beautiful husband bought me a lovely cute little one and couldn’t take his eyes off me when I wore it – he liked all the curves…
2) My boobs were sore and wearing a light fitting bikini was comfiest
3) I was boiling the whole time I was abroad and couldn’t bear to wear anything but – would have happily gone naked if I could have!
The other option you have is to go for a tankini, which is bikini bottoms/shorts and a long top – so covers your tummy but you can also hike it up if you want to to expose your tummy.
I don’t know where you are but lots of places like Next, H&M, Dorothy Perkins (all UK) all had good maternity ranges including swimwear at Summertime so should still have.
